By accessing or using BizzPulse ("Platform", "Service", "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are subscribing or configuring access on behalf of an enterprise or business organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

BizzPulse operates as an invitation-only, enterprise business operations platform: • Account Creation: Access is provisioned exclusively by authorized BizzPulse Onboarding Specialists or designated Platform Administrators following verification. • Credential Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, MFA devices, and account tokens. Sharing credentials across multiple individuals is strictly prohibited. • Single-Use Activation: New administrator and employee invites are issued via secure, time-limited activation tokens that must be redeemed within their valid timeframe.

Platform services are provided under tiered commercial subscription terms: • Plan Tiers: Access parameters (user quotas, storage limits, inventory capacity, and enterprise integrations) are defined by the active subscription tier (e.g. Free, Trial, Pro, Enterprise). • Trial Workspaces: When provisioned in Trial mode, workspaces remain active for the designated evaluation period. Upon trial expiry, the workspace transitions to a grace period pending commercial plan confirmation. • Billing & Invoicing: Invoices are issued based on agreed commercial terms. Failure to remit subscription renewals may result in temporary suspension of workspace access until resolved. • Grace Periods & Suspension: Accounts in grace status receive proactive renewal notices. Accounts past grace duration are suspended to protect data integrity until reactivated by an authorized administrator.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes: • Do not attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation, reverse engineer backend APIs, or exploit security vulnerabilities. • Do not upload malicious binaries, scripts, or fraudulent invoices into the document storage ledger. • Ensure all employee data, biometric punch records, and customer records uploaded conform to applicable regional privacy and labor laws.

Clear separation between platform IP and tenant operational data: • Tenant Data Ownership: The business tenant retains full and exclusive ownership of all uploaded data, employee records, payroll numbers, invoices, and transaction logs. • Platform Intellectual Property: BizzPulse, its software codebase, UI designs, system architectures, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of BizzPulse Technologies.

We strive to provide dependable 99.9% uptime across all operational workspaces: • Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Critical security patches may be deployed with minimal disruption. • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Automated daily snapshots and encrypted backups ensure data resilience across resilient multi-zone cloud infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. In all cases, aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the tenant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
